About Me

Hello Liles Family! My name is Chavonne Williams, and I am the Staff Parent Family Engagement Specialist. This is my first year at Liles and I am excited to learn and grow with you and your child!

I attended Lamar University where I earned my bachelor’s degree and my master’s in education administration. Before coming to GCCISD I taught 1st, 4th, and 5th grades in Beaumont ISD. I have two sons who are 17 and 15 that I love hanging out with. In my spare time, I like to travel and go to sporting events.

I am happy to assist with all your questions and concerns regarding your child’s educational needs. I encourage all parents to get involved with the school community and partner with us in your child’s education. I can help and support you find ways to resolve any issues that may be hindering your child’s success in school.
